Description
Are you an experienced Family Law Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys being a true partner to your attorneys? We're working with a well-established firm in Palm Beach Gardens seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support a busy practice handling complex and high-impact matters.Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to multiple attorneys handling family law and litigation matters, including domestic disputes, complex business issues, real property matters, and probate cases
- Manage cases from inception through trial and post-trial, ensuring attorneys are fully prepared at every stage
- Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Coordinate and manage discovery, document production, and trial preparation
- Handle Florida courts e-filing, ensuring compliance with all procedures and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal team members
- Maintain accurate billable time records and case documentation
- 5+ years of family law and/or litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting
- Strong working knowledge of Florida court procedures and e-filing requirements
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Proficiency with document management systems, timekeeping software, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
- Paralegal certificate preferred but no required
- Work closely with experienced attorneys on meaningful, high-level cases
